Hello there! Yes, I am bummed out because I won't get to see Vincent Gallo, but at the same time I'm not too pissy about it because I saw him last year play with Sean Lennon at Bimbo's and it was already a good experience. I will be seeing Bjork on the 19th of May and I can't wait! This woman is totally awesome. I think I love every part about her. The thing I am most impressed with is her voice of course. Jeremiah and I were talking about her the other day and we can't seem to wrap our heads around her singing style. Bjork is not human we decided. Her brain works in a very unique manner because of the way she chooses to sing each word.

Enough about how WONDERFUL Bjork is (I will probably write more later about her costumes, music videos, etc.) The Troupe Vitalis show last Tuesday at Bottom of the Hill was AMAZING!! Thank you Mark for taking my request "Poinsettia Crying"!!!!!!!! "Divine" and "Crying" were among my favorites that night as well. Troupe Vitalis had amazing energy and they look good playing. I think it's safe to safe that they had the most people show up and hopefully they will get another show there because Bottom of the Hill is seriously one of the coolest venues. They have a really loud sound system which makes every show that I have been to there among the most memorable. Tomorrow I am going to check out Explosions in the Sky at Slim's and Mr. Conan O'Brien himself, THE BEST LATE NIGHT SHOW COMEDIAN AND OVERALL FUNNIEST GUY EVER (well, Ricky Gervais is probably the funniest) on Wednesday. I am thrilled, exited, and ready to piss my pants just thinking about Max Weinberg and his band play the intro song and Conan doing his intro dance and monologue. I heard the guests for the week are going to be Robin Williams and Snoop Dogg himself among others. I would DIE to see Snoop. Jeremiah won't let me see him in concert because he thinks I'm going to get shot so this is my chance (I'm crossing my fingers that he is the guest on May 2nd, the day we have tix for).
