If this is what Spring is going to look like, I can't wait! I absolutely ADORE the jewl hues that have been popping up in the runways lately. I also love how short and cute the dresses are because they can easily be paired with thights. Can I please mention how freakin' obsessed I am with tights! I have been wearing them in black and I just got a killer pair of turquoise ones that I'll be wearing with my new SHORT mod dress, haha!
